I took this test twice. The first time I was a spiteful loner, the second I was a capitalist pig.

Given the choice, I'll take spiteful loner.

Once Heather realized she wasn't getting any attention last night from Ranma, she knocked on my door. I think in the end, all three of us had a good time last night.

Shut yo mouth! You dare speak blasphemously (is that even a word?) about Heroes?!? I love ranma's boss for sharing the love of Heroes. ;-)

a shame
it's a shame they didn't take off their clothes. They'd have been better lookin' than Borat.

Ranma
You are right, I did need to know that. Now I will ping stlbloggers even when there isn't a new post so you can get the chance to say that.

Your Mom should come back anyway.

Zappa is my cat. My child calls him Yappa. That name morphed into Yapapa. We go through the house yelling, Yap-A-PA! Yap-A-PA! So when you ping Bloggers, I yell Yap-A-PA! Yap-A-PA!

You needed to know that.

You are so clever, Ranma. I still think you should have gone with plan A.x and re-emerged as Your Mom during a crucial point in the game and awarded points.

Who would have won? The scary thing is that YOU would have won, I think, even if you had NOT been the creator and judge of the challenge.

Most especially because Heather really believed you were an anti-semite.

All of this is so much funnier if you know what I know.

Endorsement

CasaChristy has endorsed Toad On A Leash.  It has been said that Casa Christy's endorsement is a "kiss of death" as everyone she has endorsed has died.

In the words of Yoda: "There is another".  Back during the challenge when each Mortal Blogger was trying to get endorsements from other Stlbloggers, On September 25, Ranma endorsed Puppy, El Gecko, and Toad.  As Scuzz, we endorsed  Puppy, El Gecko, and Ben.

Yes, the link only said "Ben", and linked to "Toad".  We think this confused the Endorsement gods.  As who were the next three Mortal Bloggers to die?

Puppy

Ben

El Gecko

We asked ourselves who we should endorse today, now that there are only two left.  Though we liked Toad in the past, Chronicles stories have impressed us.

So we have decided to endorse The Chronicles.  We shall now see whose kiss is more deathly.

And then there were two!

Another MortalBlogger has left the building.  We shall miss DonutBites.

If this follows Agatha Christie's novel, Ten Little Niggers, we'd have a surprise ending where both the remaining contestants died, and we were left wondering who the murderer winner was.

I won't spoil the ending of the Agatha Christie novel (the link above does a good enough job of that), except to say that here is the order of the deaths in the novel, and in Mortal Blog (so far - adjusting MortalBlog since it started with 9):

Novel MortalBlog
1 Anthony Marsten N/A
2 Ethel Rogers Your Mom
3 General John MacArthur Marvin
4 Thomas Rogers Puppy
5 Emily Brent Ben
6 Justice Wargrave El Gecko
7 William Blore Freddie Vasco
8 Dr. Edward Armstrong Donut Bites
9 Philip Lombard
10 Vera Claythorne

Which space Toad and Chronicles will fill is still up in the air.  But will the number corresponding to the muderer also correspond to the winner?

The Identity of YourMom

CasaChristy says she has a suspicion who YourMom was.

Well, we did admit it was us a few days ago on ToadOnALeash's blog.

You see, we were two mortal bloggers, and Ben didn't realize this.  So when Ben asked us to judge a challenge, and we were still participating, we felt conflicted.  We created the challenge, and then went bonkers with meeting the challenge.  It hurt the health points of our remaining participant, but it was still fun.  Of course, we couldn't judge the challenge.  We had a conflict of interest.  So we left it unjudged.  We hope Ben and the rest of the participants don't mind this.

Now...it's highly possible you will see a comment to this post that suggests the above is a lie.  That someone else was YourMom.  I'm likely to post one myself just so that there will be one.  Believe who you will.

I tried to participate in Tuesday's Mortal Challenge at Nobody's, but it proved too difficult.  Anyway, Toad won, and unless I miss the mark, it appears he used most if not all of his points against Freddie.  So I was wrong.  It appears Toad won't be the next to die.  If Freddie is gone, this week's Friday Fatality should be quite boring.  Toad has immunity.
Chronicles and Donut Bites will undoubtedly vote to slash each other.  So Toad gets to pick which one to side with.   At least, that's how I read this.

All my Heroes are Dead

All My Heroes are Dead -- Dar Williams

So long El Gecko. All my favorite Mortal Bloggers were among the first to die. Either everything's screwy or my tastes are vastly different from everyone else's. However, El Gecko, Puppy, Your Mom - Ranma misses you. Now I have to decide who to root/vote for.

I'm pretty ambivalent in this area. Any suggestions?

Toad on a Leash at least seems to have a sense of humor. They'll probably be the next to die.

Another Mortal Blogger has joined the graveyard and not a single one of them has blogged about it yet.  It's inconceivable!  What are they doing?  Sleeping?

Marvin is dead.
Ben is in the red zone. Losing a point an hour, with a little help, he could be dead too before he wakes up.

Our good friend, Puppy, has been murdered in cold blood by The Evil One.
There is only one response.

Puppy, we'd save you if we could, but your prognosis looks grim.

Akane and I have been up all night practicing our moves.  We will exact revenge on your murderers.  We will throw them in the "Spring of the Drowned Monkey Droppings".  Then they will be sorry!

The Puppy is one down-vote away from hitting the 'red-zone' - or 15 health points.  At that point, 1 health point will be removed per hour automatically.  Which would mean he would have less than 15 hours of life left.  Up votes would delay the death, but likely he will be gone within 24 hours.

If this is allowed to happen, Ranma will have no choice but to offer a display of our martial arts skills.

We were happy sleeping in the no-post zone, but Ben has inadvertently awakened us with Monday's challenge

Survivor!

It's been months since i've made a post.  Emma's a little older.  :-)

there's a cool thing going on at stlbloggers.  some bloggers are competing in a survivor contest, though it's called mortal bloggers.

my favorite is puppy.

Though I like Gecko too.

And the toad

At least there aren't any cats.  I'm afraid of cats.
